DarwinFPV’s newest CineWhoop-style FPV drone has three FPV options: Analog, DJI O3 Air Unit, and RunCam Washp. Another exciting feature of the CineApe35 is the onboard GM8 GPS module, allowing BetaFlight fail-safe return to home.
The DarwinFPV CineApe35 has two power options: 4s and 6s. The only difference between the two versions is the KV number of the motors. The 4S CineApe35 has 2006 3400KV motors and a flight time of 7 minutes with a 1500mAh pack. By comparison, if you opt for the faster 6S edition, which has 2006 2030KV motors and using a 1300mah LIPO, the fun can last up to 9.5 minutes. If you plan to install a GoPro on front of this CineWhoop, you can expect about 2 minutes shorter battery life.
As its name says, the CineApe35 uses 3.5-inch propellers and has a wheelbase of 151.5mm. According to the onboard FPV system, weight varies between 278 and 310 grams. The DJI O3 Air Unit edition weighs 309.3 grams without a battery and an additional GoPro camera.
The CineApe35 uses DarwinFPV’s F411 AIO flight controller with an integrated 45A ESC and ELRS radio receiver. The FC has glue-filling protection that completely eliminates the risk of damage due to the contact with metal debris, grass juice, rain, and other envirnmentalf actors
