I love my chimera.
Max speed 75Km/h Chimera4 lr 3800KV, LiPo 3000mAh = 25min
Anyone got its bigger brother, the Chimera7? How good is it? What’s battery is the best? 1300 or 1800 kv motors?
Thanks!
I’m also debating between Chimera 7 1300kv vs 1800kv. I really want to do long-range cruising. Which motor provides better performance?
I would Like to build a Chimera 4 drone. The reason I’m not buying a ready one is that I like to build things.
I want to ask what kind of FPV camera should I get? I want to have good low-light performance.
Thanks!
Does anyone know why my iFlight Chimera LR won’t work in Acro mode?
Acro mode does not have a stick assignment! you need to check if the angle and horizon does not overlap the entire range.
4s or 6s for long-range?
What is the best setup (transmitter and goggles) for Flight Chimera4?
How is the stock tune on the Chimera 4 with dji unit?
Which is better for Chimera4 frame: 3000KV or 3800KV motors?
Depends on what kind of pilot you are!
– 3000kv will give you longer flight time, but less power
– 3800kv will be more fun for acro, but less playtime
Maiden successful! 6 minutes on a 4s 1500mah pack!
is it include naked GoPro 9 mount in Chimera 4″
iFlight Chimera4 (Stock X-layout configuration and 3000kv motors + Gemfan 4inch 2-leaf props) + Naked Hero8 Test Flight.
Powered by 3000mAh VTC6 4S Lion pack he got average flight time of 20~25 minutes!

Thanks for the share!
I love my Chimera ❤
Today I received my iFlight Chimera4 with digital FPV, after setting up everything. When I arm the quad only response to throttle! Yaw, Pitch, and roll don’t work. Transmitter and receiver are Ok and paired correctly.
What is the solution?
Anyone has the stock tune for the iFlight Chimera 4″?
What FPV drone do you think is the best for l9ng range flights?
I think there is no such thing as ‘best fpv drone’. every pilot needs to find which quad fits best for them. For long-range flights I suggest you look for FPV quads with GPS like the Chimera4 or its bigger brother the Chimera 7-inch
Just found a handy iFlight Chimera review, it includes initial setup and flight footage!

You can, but this take-off procedure is recommended only for experienced pilots!
Here few more test flights with the iFlight Chimera 4″:

Using a 3000~3500mAh LIPO pack you can get almost 30 mins flight time with the
iFlight Chimera 4!
what are you smoking mate?
I think the 18650 based GEPRC VTC6-4S1P 3000mAh LION pack would be just perfect for the iFlight Chimera 4
Top speed of the iFlight Chimera?
which propellers do you use for iFlight Chimera4? It will be faster with two blade types?
Cool!
There will be also analog version with Caddx.us Turbo Eos V2 Camera and SucceX-Force 800mW FPV transmitter
