Syma X19W quadcopter car for double fun
After the success of the X9, Syma came up with a new 2in1 car-drone concept called X19W. Compared to its predecessor, the Syma X19W has a much nicer design and it comes with all the latest features like altitude hold and headless flight mode.
Without any conversion, this car-drone can fly like any other multi-rotor and also run on the road like an RC car. This feature will be definitely loved by the kids.
Thanks to the built-in barometric air-pressure sensor, the X19W is capable to maintain autonomously its flight altitude.
The SYMA X19 car-drone can be controlled in 3 ways (psychical RC, virtual sticks, and through the smartphone’s gravity sensor). Although the gravity control sounds fun, I recommend for newbies to practice first using the included transmitter.
Like the Syma X5UW, this X19W car drone also comes with newly redesigned transmitter. Although it does not have a status LCD or trimming buttons, the RC looks more stylish and more user friendly.
Through the Syma GO APP, you will be able to display the WiFi camera’s real-time image feed on your mobile device (smartphone or table).
Powered by an 850mAh battery, the advertised flight autonomy of the Syma X19W quadcopter is about 7 minutes. In my opinion, on the ground (car mode) this can be even more.
